This UX project involved designing a responsive website for an audiovisual production company. The goal was to create a clean, modern platform that showcases the company’s portfolio, highlights its services, and makes it easy for potential clients to get in touch. Through user research, wireframing, and prototyping, the final design focused on visual storytelling, intuitive navigation, and mobile-friendly layouts to reflect the company’s creative identity and meet user needs effectively.
Research
For this UX project, the research phase involved directly engaging with actual clients of the company through interviews. These conversations provided valuable insights into their goals, pain points, and overall experience with the company's services. By analyzing the responses, I was able to identify common patterns and user needs, which informed the development of a detailed user persona. This persona served as a foundational tool for guiding design decisions and ensuring the final product aligned with real user expectations.

User Persona
This user persona represents a typical client seeking audiovisual production services for a growing e-commerce brand. This persona helps guide design decisions by focusing on the needs, goals, and frustrations of a business owner looking for professional, reliable, and brand-aligned video content. Understanding this persona ensures the website is tailored to attract and support real-world users with similar needs.
Initial Wireframes

The initial hand-drawn wireframes outlined the structure of the homepage, service pages, about page, and contact page. These early sketches helped establish the layout and user flow, focusing on clear navigation and visual hierarchy. They served as a foundation for gathering feedback and refining the design before moving into digital wireframes.
